Due to lack of education and awareness, many couples
working in our carpet factory give birth to many children.
They are not able to take care of them properly because
they have to work hard.
We
support Nepal Rugmark foundation, Care and fair and
Central Carpet Industries Association and campaign for
betterment of our weavers. Even by supporting these
organizations there are some loopholes and all the children
of carpet factories are not being taken care of. Due
to this very reason, we are please to announce that
we have started daycare center for our weaver’s
children for quality healthcare and basic education
beginning from this New Year 2006. This daycare will
be under the management of our company and fully sponsored
on our own.
We
believe in one way we are helping them to connect to
basic education and self- esteem and in other way we
are giving peace of mind to their parents who can work
more diligently for a quality production and higher
income. City daycare is a win- win strategy for them
and we find pleasure in it.
